Soundtracks: Favorite music from motion pictures?

I'm not sure if I already replied to this thread, but I love film scores. Bram Stoker's Dracula is one of my favorites.

I used to have the soundtrack album from an earlier Dracula remake done in 1979 with Frank Langella repeating the role he played on the Broadway stage . The score was by John Williams and arguably one of his most romantic.

I first fell in love with John William's work after hearing the soundtrack to Jaws. He seemed to always be able to create the perfect emotional backdrop for any film he worked on.

Those spaghetti westerns had great soundtracks in general, but GBU was my favorite by far. LucasArts did a game called Outlaws which was based on those soundtracks. One of the only soundtracks I would have on a playlist back when.

The interesting thing is that this soundtrack very much changes the message of the movie. Without Curtis Mayfield's pleading lyrics, Superfly would have appeared to glorify drugs and crime.
