    Default Eraserhead vs. Captain America

Aizawa from My Hero Academia vs. 616 Cap. Standard gear.

EDIT: Super Soldier serum does not count as a quirk for this match. Cap does not get his shield or any kind of weapon or protection.

Does Captain America's super soldier serum count as a "quirk" or "superpower" like diet One for All?

Stats-wise I don't see Aizawa standing up for very long. Tape is good, but Cap is faster, stronger and more skilled than him in addition to having that invincible, physics-defying boomerang shield.

Then Cap kicks Aizawa's ass. As Falcon said, Cap is stronger, faster, more skilled, and has his "screw your physics, I have comic book science!" shield.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

Just for the record even if it did count mutation style quirks are unaffected by Aizawa's quirk, so someone like Cap or Hulk should effectively be immune anyway even if you did hand waive their powers as quirks

Oh yeah! I forgot about that.

It's not that mutation quirks were unaffected, it's quirks that caused permanent changes to the body. So Cap would be fine but the Hulk's transformation would be turned off (if one handwaved that Aizawa's quirk would work on them). At least IIRC.

Not that it matters. 616 Cap is beyond Aizawa's abilities. MCU Cap would probably be a closer match.
