Janet also manages Hank Pym’s lab in the EMH cartoon universe. It’s mostly the finacial aspect (getting grants, making connections etc).
They do hint in regular 616 universe that Janet has picked up the techincal aspects over the years as evident in the recent Ant-Man and Wasp Living Legend one-shot.
But overall being smart, being scientist, and being tech savy are all different (albeit sometimes overlapping) traits.

The Kotobukiya ARTFX+ statue does include Janet, but it’s a mininature along with mini ant riding Scott Lang as a bonus of sort.

While I did like AMATW, I wish Janet had more to do in it, for movie that's about her, she didn't show up that much. That's likely the BR one shot set about it IO assume.

They should do what Alien did and just add an S for the sequel name. Ant-Man and the Wasps, Wasps referring to Janet, Hope, and Cassie (who would become Stinger if she hadn't already done so in Avengers 4).
