Plus, celebrate the life of Nathan Summers with a story from his past by Chris Claremont!

hi, Surge. weird seeing her take orders from Hope, but really nice seeing her.

Why can’t we have Geoff Shaw on a X-title?

Tycon are you psychic? We were literally talking about Bishop and all that in other threads?

Also this looks good. Surge is back!

    Surge is back indeed!

Anole got a tail now and spike arms are gone?

Nice to have focus on Hope.

    Bishop scene was cool.

I'm gonna say it. I'm gonna say it.

I want Hope to lead a team of young X-Men. She's the only 'student' character who is at this point qualified to do it.

    Also, no, Jeannie

Even as someone who has no particular affinity for Hope, I am so ready for this.

I wouldn’t mind them all getting on a bus, and just starting fresh.
I’d miss Pixie, Trance, Oya, and a couple others, but I’d get over it.

A lot of the X-Men's diversity and character stem from the students. What would the X-Office gain from doing that?

Yeah, I'm not too surprised by Bishop and Hope interactions. That's ripe for potential.

The New X-Men kids have a lot of potential and I think that it'd be wasted by just killing them off.

But I do think that they should pick from the group and center solely on them. And develop them well.

I am so extremely ready for this! I absolutely love Hope and how she has so much potential to be Cable's legacy character.

Also, I'm glad we got Hope and Bishop interaction. But... Has Hope and Kurt interacted since he died saving her? I don't think so.

Imagine if we got a story about Hope instead of X-Force chasing after Kid Cable.

Anole has a tail, no big arm and MULTIPLE tongues, Hisako's armor doesn't mimic her body movements, And Hope's back.
    Why is hope back ?
Who called up the X-office and started demadning more Hope ?

If they chose a group of 7-10, and actually developed them into fully realized characters, instead of what they’ve been doing, I’m fine with that. Just having token window dressing isn’t really making these characters endearing. They’re just there to fill out a crowd.
