Tim Drake is Robin again (!). In fact, the entire YOUNG JUSTICE 90s generation is back as if they'd never been gone, and there isn't much explanation as to the hows and whys.

I think the how's and why's are pretty clear: Bendis has the clout to force Didio to admit he screwed up by $#!+canning the New Teen Titans and Young Justice generations. The in-continuity explanation is likely still tied to Doomsday Clock's bald blue nudist, but I don't much care if it means that Tim, Conner, Bart & Cassie are acting like themselves again rather than the early Image-era wannabes they'd become during the New 52.

Honestly, nothing will top Superboy-Prime's retcon punches for sheer ridiculousness, but I will take whatever time shenanigans DC wants to throw out there if it means DC characters feel more like themselves again.
