    Scooter started out as a mod Brit hipster in 1966.

    SWING WITH SCOOTER No. 1 (June-July 1966), on sale April 7th, 1966.



    But gradually became a lot like most American teen humour stars.

    SWING WITH SCOOTER No. 20 [F-1] (August-September 1969), on sale June 10th, 1969--Giant Summer Fun issue, prototype for the SUPER DC GIANT series.
    SUPERMAN'S PAL, JIMMY OLSEN No. 122/G-62 (August-September 1969) on sale June 19th, 1969.
