    What you've described seems more in line with indie takes on superheroes. I enjoy those, too, but in addition to my regular superhero fare.

    Storm - Let Coates write her in Black Panther for a while. At least he actually seems to care about her as a character.

    Kitty Pryde or Honey Badger are clearly the correct answers.

    I've had enough of Gambit as well but he's mostly in his own book with Rogue and his fans love it so I'll go easy

    Actually to a degree I want to say X-23... or at least this version of her. If she becomes less generic again then sure let's see her more
