Help with finding a comic book from the 60's

I have been looking for a certain comic from my wife's childhood. The storyline is Louis Lane has super strength/powers like superman. She remembers the cover or inside page has Louis lifting furniture with one hand and vacuuming under. This comic is probably from the 60's. Any ideas on how to find? THANKS---ED

As you'll notice, most of those plots were quite redundant. The best guess I would have for an actual story is Lois Lane #15. But it may be from another book, too. It wouldn't be odd for a plot like that to pop up in Action or Superman from the same era.
