Default Reassembled for disassembled? (Spoilers up to issue 3)

So I just started reading the new uncanny x-men with the disassembled storyline. I'm just he more out of touch with the X-Men than I thought. Can anyone tell me when and in which books the following characters came back to life?

    Blob
    Omega red
    Legion
    Jamie Maddrox
    Apocalypse

I'm not sure with legion, I thought he erased his existance, not just the memory of himself. They lampshaded this one at least, so I can be disappointed when they ignore it. But the others they dont even acknowledge.
Oh and with Fourarm in the first issue, I'm wondering if this is an intentional plot line.

Madrox came bac in the recent Multiple Man series. Omega Red was ressurrected in X-Men Gold. The rest were unexplained.

I think Blob was resurrected without explanation beyond "Secret Wars did it" in Dennis Hopeless' ANXM run. I think. Has he died since then?

Apocalypse was seen in the back of the X-Men Black oneshots.

When did Blob even die? Did he die in Bendis' run?

He didn't die. He was depowered. His repowering (without the use of MGH like in Bendis' run) was never explained.

That's story had Apocalypse experimenting and transported to the future. Maybe I have to go back further, but it seemed to start with Apocalypse in the present with his test subjects.

As of X-Men: Blue #11, he was repowered via Mothervine.

It seemed that Apocalypse had just fused himself with the island, not necessarily that he traveled anywhere in the future.

Hopeless never explained it in All-New but at this point he has his powers back permanently because of Mothervine. Blue’s Mothervine story ending showed that for former mutants or those who had an X-gene,even if it hadn’t awoken yet, exposed to Mothervine, the effects couldn’t be reversed like humans exposed to it.

I guess X-Men Black follows the Apocalypse from before Remender's UXF or the one that they arrested in EXM.

I guess he was still on MGH for his Hopeless' X-Men appearance. Never know with Marvel.

I completely forgot that EXM brought an Apocalypse back with them from millions of years in the future. What even happened with that plot point?

Nightcrawler dropped him in a hole and he died.

We'll go with Tycon's answer since I dropped the book after Apocalypse Wars.
