IIRC he was killed back in Avengers Undercover. Unless he came back again, but I don't recall when that would have been.

Yeah, he was resurrected in Undercover as well. The only continuity errors are all these Quentins.

And in Marvel Rising (which IS set in 616 and not the universe of the cartoon, and in which he fought Ms Marvel, Squirrel Girl, America and Inferno), which was only a few months ago and thus might be his most recent appearance.
