Here's her current look as Omen

Yeah, no. While not awful, I can't help being fond of her original, cool-70s-college-chick look.

The axe could've done with being a bit bigger if you ask me, looks tiny in that pic

    I love the 90s costume.

I've been going through my back issues for fun and I would love to see the Metal Men get another crack in the next five years or so. There's a lot of untapped potential there.

While they're an offshoot of the flagship team book, I think the Justice Riders would also be fun to revisit.

    I like cowboys. Sue me.

Cowboys are always awesome, love me some westerns. I'd totally buy a Justice Riders book.

    Default Wild Pitch Alert!

I think they should give Duke Thomas a boost. Have him and Jaime Reyes be the next gen Blue and Gold.
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki

also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.

    currently following:
    • DC: Red Hood: The Hill
    • Marvel: TBD
    • Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force

I would rather have the original Blue and Gold get a push.

My personal philosophy is never push old territory, so I would rather they appear as mentors to the new team.

Why Duke and Jaime? Why not for example Duke and Sideways?

I picked Jaime because he's the current Blue Beetle so he has a link to the old team and he's gonna get a movie so they should be giving him a push soon. However, Duke and Sideways would make a lot of sense; invert the colors, Signal could be somewhat of a Ted Cord and Sideways would be the Booster Gold.

I appreciate what you're saying. Done well, handing over the gimmick can work just spiffy. My personal philosophy is that iconic ideas are better off with only the minimal cosmetic surgery, and new ideas should have room to grow into something great of their own.

There's examples to both support and dispute this opinion. I just prefer distinctiveness over brand repurposing (which is probably why I'm getting cranky about some of the movie/tv adaptations these days).

Never push old territory? That's one way to destroy your fanbase and lose a lot of money.
