I'm upset that I have more respect for this book than Gold. The book is designed for me to hate it, and yet I really can't, which I hate. The only color title to avoid complete and total editorial annihilation this year. I won't miss you, Red. But I salute you. Well, no. I give you a half-hearted thumbs up. Weeeell... I don't think Taylor would go that route, it would be too dark for this book. Plus, Cassie is being saved for Jean. Maybe he's gonna get another limitation or REALLY become the X-Men's Hulk, which I can't put past this story after the Magneto helmets thing.

Nezhno's death would have zero impact since his development in this book can be summarized as "mom hates me, my powers are good now, I like the hacker girl with no name", there's nothing to get attached to.

I personally hate that Cassie is not in her signature Safari shirt, Jodhpurs and riding boots. She absolutely loathed Charles so why did she raid his closet?
Unless...she's only acting out in hatred because secretly...she wants to BE him, just like in Here Comes Tomorrow.

As Charles´ mumundrai she has access to all the potential of his mutant DNA... that includes TK, pyrokinesis, full regeneration, super strength and all psi stuff you can think of.. she could actually phase through walls with a complete TK control of her body´s molecules...
