I don't think they will get to have any sort of a Batman until they do get to have Batman and then he will probably be Bruce Wayne. I could see Bruce Wayne showing up. Not as Batman though.
After all Gotham gets to use Bruce Wayne.

If Azrael, or other Bat-Fam characters, turn-up though - I hope they only stick around to help for a short while (a few eps at a time) to deal with particular threats. Then go their own way. Stick to guest starring. And leave the large scale team-ups to crossovers (or LoT).

If too many Bat-Fam characters stay to help - they run the risk of the same problem some of the other shows have had where the protagonist either has to be made incompetent, or injured so that the team still has a viable challenge to overcome.

Apparently this happened with Arrow where he had a whole team of sidekicks, and while he used to be able to deal with a warehouse of thugs on his own, then he needed all the sidekicks to help. This made him weaker and less able than he was in earlier seasons. I don't know if that's been fixed now.

It's likely Batwoman will already have Flamebird and Batwing for help - 2 is enough in most situations IMO.

I could see how the public would get that impression even though we know it isn't true.

He might show-up in later seasons, depending on what happens with the film.

The Arrowverse has made reference of both Nightwing and Oracle, and judging by what is said in Elseworlds, Batman's career predates Green Arrow's (which has been going for a while). So, if Oracle and Nightwing both exist, then Batman has been around long enough to have least a few sidekicks.

In the comics Batman and Batwoman are only about a year or two apart in age, but obviously in the Arrowverse Batwoman is just starting her career. I think there will be a much bigger age gap between the cousins in the Arrowverse. At least 5 years if not more, since Kate is supposed to be about 27 in the pilot (and I don't imagine Bruce would be too much younger than Oliver, if younger at all).

Nicole Kang posted a few things today that place her in NYC, which would imply some of the other cast and crew is in the area to film at West Point. But it's not clear that either are actually from today, making them yet more circumstancial and inconclusive bits of evidence about this.

New info about this: Kang, Johnson, and Skarsten were all still in Vancouver as of last night, based on various IG posts. Tandy and Rose were unaccounted for. So are they in NY?
I'm posting about this a bunch, but I really want solid info about this, whether confirming or disproving.
