I liked it a lot and Warren Ellis did a good job on adapting existing X-Men stories to a Japanese setting, I thought. I was just frustrated by the way Storm started off so kickass and then kept not being able to use her powers without it exhausting her.
I'd love another season but there hasn't been a sniff of any more anime X-Men which is very disappointing when it looked so incredibly beautiful.
And here is some Anime!Cyclops workin' it:
Darth - is that you? And do we have to call you 'Fluffy' now?
Corsair better take Cyke on a space adventure that is all I know. I think he was genuinely hurt.

I watched it all in one go so I think it was less painful than for you guys who were seeing it without subs and so on week by week. I just mainlined the DVD so I noticed it was better at the beginning and then turned into Legion is Big in Japan but I was still happy that it looked pretty after the horror that was WaTXM.
And the only good bit wasn't Cyke having to be hugged when he didn't like it - how could you forget Wolvie c*ckbl*cking him with Emma Frost after Cyke finally relented at almost smiled at her? (Am I even allowed to use that phrase on the newer, cleaner, content-free forum?)
Edited to add: That Bloodsport clip was awesome! I want all the Cykeverine feels now!

'Course it is. I'd have kept the name if it wasn't for the forum reboot, but it's just hard to pimp this notion of Cyclops being more of a jerk given his current story arc. :/
Wouldn't stick anyway. The Darth brand will most likely live on. I mean, can you imagine Church representatives chronicling their (hilariously) one-sided feud with a poster nicknamed 'Fluffy'?
Man... I'd forgotten about that particular art and dialogue, lol. Definitely up there with Bloodsport's emotional final moments between Van Damme and his bro.
Here, for the sake of reference. There's even an Emma stand-in, lol.
