This kind of heroism is part of what makes Cyclops so endearing. He knows what his fate is. He understands there's are a lot of forces working against him. He's still going to do the right thing and be the hero he aspires to be.

You're right, damn nostalgia. I hope that when adult Cyclops comes back he dates someone new. if being with jean is nostalgia getting back with emma is nostalgia for cheating. i hope they never get back together. Emma has ruined Cyclops enough.

I understand how you feel was a beautiful scene but if you see the reunion scene of Tyke and Jean it is obvious who Tyke loves. I can not say it appeals to everyone but we know that's what they feel for each other.
