It's called Brightburn. Names have been changed to protect the innocent, but it's perfectly clear who this is supposed to be based on.
EDIT: Technically, Gunn is just the producer, but he clearly played a large role in making it.

No thanks, evil Superman has frankly outstayed it's welcome as a concept. hell, it's one of the few things I'm vehemently opposed to in regards to Snyder's Superman.

No chance of that. Supes is getting put on ice, probably for good. Honestly considering the people WB has given the property too, that might be a good thing. I’m tired of deconstructions, face-heel turns, and “realistic” takes. Either adapt the comics or get lost. Originally Posted by stargazer01

I would love to see the boy to call himself Ultraboy or if it was a surprise Superboy Prime Origin which would tie in to the DCEU...
I would really love to see especially Superboy Prime on big screen... lol
