Also the Hindu Organization needs to chill. It's a work of ficition.

Marvel set a precedent when they called attention to the Sayf "Jewish" thing and got headlines for addressing the issue and correcting it. They don't get to pick and choose which religions get offended and which ones don't find offense. They opened the door and shouldn't have repeated it. Of all the other things Natesus could have eliminated from the world this one was always going to be controversial.

It's just a shame they aren't taking it seriously.

Someone complained they found something in a comic offensive and it was addressed. Another group brings up the same complaint and it isn't given the same level of respect. It's discrimination.

Sayf got fired because he inserted anti-Jewish/Christian sentiments while a clash between Muslims and non-Muslims were taking place in Indonesia at the time.

The context of UXM already shows that Apocalypse is tricking Nate into erasing human religions and has nothing to do with current events.

Nah its not comparable and its not discrimination. I hope Marvel doesnt apologize. Context is everything. People have a right to be offended but that doesnt mean Marvel is obliged to cave in if they dont feel a wrong has been done

I hope so. Pocky referred to all religions as "fake" not just Hinduism. Besides, it will all be returned after the crap-fest is over with and done. So that organisation needs to take several seats.

This is comic book fiction.
No one...absolutely no one...read that panel and decided that: "Apocalypse must be right. Hinduism, Christianity and Islam are indeed all "fake" religions! Yeah! That's what I will believe from now on."
If even one person believes that then they are a fekkin' idiot and should rightly be laughed for their ignorance, just as we do with the "Trumpers" who believe everything that orange haemorrhoid says.
