No one...absolutely no one...read that panel and decided that: "Apocalypse must be right. Hinduism, Christianity and Judaism are indeed all "fake" religions! Yeah! That's what I will believe from now on."
If even one person believes that then they are a fekkin' idiot and should rightly be laughed for their ignorance, just as we do with the "Trumpers" who believe everything that orange haemorrhoid says.

When Secret Empire was announced and Twitter was making a much bigger fuss about villains being villains, the Mouse/Brevoort's hat did release a statement basically saying this.

But a little later they apologized and had to grovel to morons about how good guys win in the end.

Did that scene serve much purpose. Do you think they're going to address it again. Was there another way they could approach it. Did they know they were opening a can of worms. The story isn't great. Was it worth it the push back? Probably not.

She was already motivated, the scene did not influence her state of mind in any way (especially since the writers decided to forego her own adherence to a religion). Which makes the whole scene pointless aside from showing off Nate's abilities.

Are people really upset over the religion thing? It's a villain being a villain! If someone made a movie, book, or any other media of, per say, the KKK, I'm sure only the idiots would object to them using racially charged and nativist language.
