Do the Inhumans even exist anymore? Ain't they all dead?

Why no. No they are not.

Very few actually died in the "death of..." series. Maximus, triton, and flagman come to mind. But hardly anyone else.

As I was saying... President Sabretooth. After literally eviscerating a mutant criminal on live television in an election year, Victor Creed takes the Oval Office. Rather than do the work of leading the free world, he grants the anti-mutant lobby every wish imaginable. In less than a month, the United States criminalizes the x-gene, outlaws mutant x-gene carriers, and deploys Sentinels to patrol the homeland. Before the old guard could agree on a unified direction for the X-Men, the original New Mutants develop a seven point plan meant to turn the tide on an international scale.

    New Mutant Order

    Wolfsbane’s Initiative: The Schools
Recognizing the importance of sanctuary and education to emergent young mutants, Wolfsbane asks the X-Men to serve as faculty at safehouses in Australia and England, and lead rescue operations across the globe.

    Sunspot’s Initiative: The Club
Informed from his experience with Gideon, the Avengers, and A.I.M., Sunspot assembles a court of mutants to assist his infiltration of the International Hellfire Club and the American Sentinel Program.

    Cannonball’s Initiative: The Band
Choosing to forgo the standard super heroics of the X-Men, Cannonball recruits a proactive team of elite mutants to engage in secret paramilitary strikes.

    Moonstar’s Initiative: The Assembly
Instead of relying on students and disciples of Xavier to repel villainous interests, Monster looks outward to other teams of superhuman vigilantes, and persuades the international community to agree to eXtrajudicial Mutant ENforcement protocols.

    Karma’s Initiative: The Library
The X-Men’s most dangerous asset has always been Cerebro’s mutant-tracking and telepathy-enhancement technology. To safeguard the world from the threat of it falling into the wrong hands, Karma hides Cerebro far from American Sentinel forces.

    Magik’s Initiative: The Rules
All organizations need clean up, cavalry, and oversight. Magik chooses a select team of overpowered mutants to monitor the others and save the day at the speed of teleportation.

    Shadowcat’s Initiative: The Theater
While San Francisco and New York remain bastions of progressive attitudes toward the mutant population, Kitty Pryde uses her connections in Chicago to carve part of the Midwestern metropolis into a sovereign state.

    ****

The result is a dramatic paradigm shift that replaces the expected mutant elite with its next generation. The American landscape becomes incredibly hostile and forces X-Men to operate globally, in a variety of different ways. Various mutant teams come into natural conflict, and the X-Books are now a wide landscape of smaller, simultaneous stories where the focus and protagonists shift constantly.

Make kitty president and have her assassinated and spend the next two years solving it the mystery. Kitty is really alive of course and is all a power play by Glob Herman.

Thanos vs Cable vs Kang the Conqueror vs Apocalypse: The battle of all time.

It's about time to clean house and get rid of those X-men members from different alternate timeline. Let their deaths be permanent and allow the team to move on from them.

As for their respective timelines....lets just say Kang is doing the X-men a "favor" so to speak by eliminating that which anchors the time traveler this destination period. The reason he isn't affected is because he's Kang the Conqueror.
