1: It took Superman or Raiden to defeat Dark Kahn. In Infinite you got three person team, and plot device infinity stone powered buster to kill him. The two being compared is not a issue. Hell Fused Ultron Sigma could *eat* dark Kahn in terms of size.


2: Not sure. Sure Dark Kahn is impressive due to Darkseid in him, but he becomes vulnerable via MK levels.

Sigma Ultron is pretty much now the ultimate immortal viral AI that can do serious damage.
