Winter Special 2018

While this year's special didn't feature as diverse a cast of creators as years past I really loved what we did get. I'm really hoping the BPRD Vampire short is a sign of more to come in the not so distant future.

I thought it was great! A Stenbeck short is always welcome!

As is any art by Fabio Moon. I have no strong feelings for Simon but it was a fun short, and beautifully drawn. I like that Ba' did the epilogue.

And who doesn't love the Lobster! We need more new LoJo stories!

Yeah, it was pretty darn solid. I loved that the Lobster was more upset about plagiarism than the thugs being killed.

Great book, all three stories were excellent. The Lobster especially was fantastic.

Weren't the trio of gangsters mentioned in the Hellboy Companion? I don't have my copy with me unfortunately but I think I remember their names.

Yeah, I don't remember seeing her before. I guess it's possible she could show up in one of Roberson's stories for 1957 though. But, I like not seeing all the B.P.R.D. missions. It makes the world seem bigger.
