Agreed. GA thought of it both as a game and a practice of one’s reflexes. I mean we have seen Diana do some Amazonian traditions out of habit before. Now if you do want her to be semi-bulletproof than it just pops out of her. They get hit her but she heals way to fast. It hits but it doesn’t kill her

Shes been shown using it fairly often. But mostly in terms of arm movement and reflex. For example the one time Cheetah popped up she took down Flash and Wonder Woman was the only one to move fast enough to block a hit.

I also think writers/editors don't want WW or Supes to always use their super-speed or else they wind up blitzing everyone.

I admit it is a fun piece of imagery but that seems to be the extent of it. You could leave it out of WW entirely and I doubt it will be missed. I can't even remember the last time it was in the comics. The shield does the same thing and better with more coverage.

and the shield is borrrring.... It's way more skillful and sort of badass for her to have the speed and accuracy to deflect bullet with her bracelets...
