Liking what I'm seeing so far. It looks to be another story with lots of heart and that's exactly what a big wedding issue needs. Ben wanting to learn to dance for Alicia is adorable.

The art shift is pretty jarring....
But the story does read like it will be fun.

OMG... I think I have huge issues with the first artist- Kuder, right?
Sincerely I'm not sure I could keep on buying a book that looks like that... And I'm pretty sure I've read books by him which looked way better.. I just hope that we just had a glimpse to the worst and that everything else is just great! Seriously...

Val enabling her father: This is something I can get behind.
Franklin with hair dye and an electric razor: This is giving me flashbacks to Cable-clone Franklin for some reasons.
Reed folding in different dimensions into Yancy Street: This could be seen a mile away.
So Val and Reed TARDISed the apartment! Can't say that surprises me. Slott's Silver Surfer was often referred to as Doctor Who fanfic. I liked it, but it was plain to see that Slott is a Whovian (Dawn was very much the typical New Who companion). And now he's using another concept from Doctor Who.

Oh Val, I think screwing time-space is comparatively worse than screwing over hair.
I mean, unless Franklin is giving himself a mullet. Then you’re still the good child.
It's nice that Wyatt will likely be a permanent supporting cast member during Slott's run. He's been so rarely used and is a great character.

The mention of Val enabling her father is possibly a rite of package. Back, way back, when my son was less than behaved, my wife blamed me. Fair enough. At some point in time, he became old enough to live up to his own little transgressions. Now, it's him making sure I don't get into trouble.
Also, Sue and Val's familiarity seems like they've grown closer after the post SW universe creation tour. That's actually a good thing. Obviously they're not always on the same page. After all, they are parent and child. But Val being civil and polite, even if a kid-like (not super-genius smu000g) snideness came out when she threw her brother under the bus.
I was wondering how the Fantastic Four would move all their equipmant to a much smaller building in Yancy street.
So there is a folded extra dimension in the building.Makes sense.
Reminds me of the Infinite Mansions from Mighty Avengers.
And i am looking forward to read my copy.I am guessing this will have lots of guest stars as well.
Meh. I don’t think Slott is doing half as good a job as I’d expected. I’m worried the FF will fall back into that middle-ground area again that they were in before they disappeared.
