I finally read it and it's definitely Deathlok Prime. Hopefully they'll explain soon what he is doing and if his future it's related to Cable's.

They all make really good villains.
Anachronism is a gross self-insert who came at the cost of Metrle, an actual character. A complex, well-developed character.
Runaways, Avengers Academy, New X-Men, Young Avengers (both volumes), Toung Allies, and Initiative kids all trump Cullen by miles.
Kid Cable was fun in this issue. I think he has the potential to grow on people. I'm not usually into the time-displaced versions of characters, but for someone like Cable this really works for me.
God, I agree. I loved his new creations in Avengers Arena. He really should do a Braddock Academy series or something.
Also re: YA/Runaways I think they are all from more than 10 years ago.

YA/Runaways are both from around 2004.
There was Ms America tho, who was created by Joe Casey, and made into her primary appearance by Kieron Gillen.

Oh, my fault.
Would you consider Ikol a “teen” character?
I don't view Tabitha as a mass murderer, she made a mistake and never intended to kill so many and if she's written like she has been in the past then she'd be really traumatized by it...
