I feel like if T'Challa gets in close than he should take this. Manta might win if he can keep his distance with his eye-beams and hovering, but his suit didn't seem to fly fast enough or high enough to stay out of MCU T'Challa's range. It would be interesting to see how Atlantean armor and blades do against the vibranium claws and suit.
