On a scale of 1 to 10 what is everyone’s opinions on the Uncanny relaunch now that we are 6 issues in?

So far it has been a little boring. So much stuff happening at the same time and so many characters than nothing matters.
which is sad because i have liked much of the work of Brisson, Thompson and Rosenberg on the X-books.

For supposedly such a world altering threat, I dont feel the stakes. Too many characters and everyone sounds the same or out of character. All the Xmen feel pretty incompetent as well.

The best thing is the art, but we need a superstar on Uncanny.

    4. Not the worst thing that's happened to the X-Men post-Secret Wars, plus we've got good artists on the event. And even though it's been horrendous, we have been getting focus on the New X-Men which bumps it up from what would've been a 2.

It's just offensively boring, too decompressed (the entire Madrox thing could've been in the backup), and I'm afraid that this story isn't really gonna be that significant as all of the "important" developments are just cheap rehashes of much more interesting stories. I think the roster exists because they happen to be the main players of the Age of X-Man and just needed a story to take them off the board.

Early results are super underwhelming. Has that really been the case?

Since Secret Wars, the X-Office has successfully completed their efforts to return the brand and the Uncanny book specifically to what it was during the swinging sixties Silver Age of Stan Lee. The awkward, meh, joke of the Marvel line.

Five because the art is mostly good and there are a lot of "so bad that they're funny" moments for levity. Otherwise, it's been pretty bad. It's a shame.

It's very safe. I still dont understand the plot. Why are we randomly transported to the age of apocalypse. And 60% of the cast are being used as background characters.

Completely and utterly basic. So disappointing. 4 thanks to some nice art.

    6. I really did the idea with X-Man, but the execution and bloated cast is leaving a lot to be desired.

#2-#5 felt like reading the same issue over and over again.
