Later solicits reference the whole "mascot" thing from Excalibur, too.

Yeah, I saw that before. He's in his 90s AoA gear. I admit the art looks great but that look on him, and I'm pretty sure its going to be his look through this storyline, which makes it all the more frustrating. Great art/covers but terrible look and perhaps an "zis: if that isn't just Kurt pissing around. Please god let it be him just pissing around please.

While I'm not a fan of the Nightcrawler makeover (bring back the beard, too), I'm still looking forward to this. I love that Kylun is on the cover, and that rendition of Meg is gorgeous.

I suspect the outfits we see Kurt and Meggan in here are the filming of a movie in-story or something like that. The AoA gear doesn't match the new costume design, and his hair looks to be a different length as well.

Nightcrawler should be 10x sexier in those covers but the interior art is promising. Marvel needs to hype these minis more! Sexy Nightcrawler has so much momentum from 2018 so come through X-Office.
