Default Cover Contest 12/26/18-1/1/19 Lo There Shall Be an Ending...

Since this is the final contest of 2018, post you favorite cover form the FINAL ISSUE of a comic series.

The Rules as we know them:
Post one (and only one) cover that fits the theme of this week's contest.
Cover must be from a published comic book or collected volume.
Covers must be posted before voting begins.
Voting begins 12 AM Tuesday and runs until 12 AM Wednesday PST.
Vote by posting the name in bold of the poster whose cover best fits the theme or that you simply like the most.
The winner of the contest is the entrant with the most votes after the voting period.
It's okay to discuss the covers but if you think someone's entry doesn't fit the theme or violates the rules, you don't need to argue it in the thread, simply don't vote for it.
Most importantly please remember that we're here to have fun.

There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Wondering if this fits the topic? #121 was the final issue, in 1968...however the series then was revived a few years later in 1973 for a whole three issues, with reprinted material.

I say let the market (i.e. the voters) decide.

Issue #39 and the final issue of Kapten Stofil.

Based on the painting by Gustaf Cederström.

I think the final issue of any discrete run should count. So if the series was revived a few years later, it's good. But if they just stopped the numbering and a new issue #1 started the next month. not so much.
