Off the top of my head...

Uzumaki will mess your brain up.

Death Note is more of a suspense thriller but there are moments of perfect horror in there as well.

Wolf Guy starts out like a shonen story and slowly turns into a really effed up spatter horror. There's a lot of body horror and rape (of both genders) in that one, so definitely take your time to consider if you can handle that sort of thing. It's a real Eli Roth kinda manga.

Battle Royal's manga adaption is still one of the most intensely uneasy things I've ever read. The art's beautiful, and the characters are memorable, but the violence and gore are insane.

Parasyte is scary as F***. It had a really slick anime adaptation a couple years back, but the manga version with the simpler art style is actually way more effective because when it transitions to its horror elements, it feels like it comes out of nowhere.
"A happy ending? So unlikely. We're not having a moment here.

Wrong city, wrong people, all huddling in fear.

No one escapes the slaughterhouse, and that's just where you're at.

(You could've asked Rebecca but then Adam stomped her flat.)

You think you're special cuz you're scrappy? You're deluded, time to go.

Lucy's living on the moon but you're another dead psycho."

If you're familiar with Rumiko Takahashi, you might like her Mermaid:
    -Mermaid's Forest
    -Mermaid's Scar
    -Mermaid's Promise
    -Mermaid's Dream
    -Mermaid's Gaze
    -Mermaid's Mask

I Am A Hero - Zombies, but like you've probably never seen them before:

Ajin - Goes a bit more into the Shounen direction, but contains enough Horror:

Monster - More psychological thriller than horror, but i think it still fits and is as amazing as the other Urasawa manga(has also a pretty good anime though):

You can’t go wrong with Junji Ito!! I highly recommend ‘Shiver’ for some short stories and ‘Uzumaki’ if you want something longer!!
Current Favourites: Ascender, Daredevil, Department Of Truth, Haha, Immortal Hulk, Luna and Strange Academy

Recent Favourites: Coffin Bound, Faithless, Gideon Falls and She Could Fly

    They/Them

    I'll also say I Am A Hero!

Junji Ito is more weird/gross than scary for me. But the way I Am A Hero is done, it does give chills!
