PPSSM was more to my liking, as a deeper and more complex look at what it means to Peter to be a hero. Peter is seen doing the whole gamut of hero acts, from fighting to helping a kid with math homework to giving a guy the clothes off his back. It was one for the ages, seriously. It was the Into the Spiderverse of comic books. Just really got the character and his message to us.
The ASM issue was good, too, but the Kenneth character was more the focus and he more embodied the hero role in the book, I felt, more than Spider-Man. Just didn't reach the same emotional highs.
