I know some people want Ghost Spider (Spider-Gwen) to just stay in her world, but I still would love if she met some 616 heroes that aren't spider related. Ms. Marvel and Captain America specifically I think would be really cool.

The Defenders and the New Xmen. I'm thinking, oh.... Doc Strange, Hulk, Nighthawk, Val, Patsy and Damien teaming with Cyclops, Storm, Wolvie, Nightcrawler, Collosus and Rogue or maybe The team that Havok led and maybe with the Defenders line up including Norrin and Namor. It'd all be good.
