I generally enjoy it when Bucky Barnes interacts with younger teen/sidekick characters. He's already met with the Young Avengers, let's see him encounter the Runaways.
Continuity, even in a "shared" comics universe is often insignificant if not largely detrimental to the quality of a comic.

Daredevil and Spider-Woman. Jess and Matt would be pretty fun together I think.

I would love to see a Cable/Punisher team-up (of all the anti-hero get-togethers during the 90's, I don't remember at all ever seeing these two team-up).

Freeform didn't pick the show up, so last we heard Disney was shopping it around. It'll now probably end up on Disney+. If it's not there at launch we can probably assume it got cancelled.
As for team-ups...
Valeria Richards and the Champions (Nadia, Riri, and Amadeus in particular), Moon Girl, and Shuri.
Franklin to be reunited with the three remaining members of Power Pack.
West Coast Avengers and Superior Spider-Man.
