The majority of my Nexus collection is from Dark Horse, and I love the artwork of Steve Rude.

Got the archives and absolutely LOVE them. Some of my favorite books. Absolutely love the character.

Such great story telling and Rude is an AMAZING artist.

I've passed on Nexus a few times due to my existing backlog but he looks like a character I want to try at some point.

I gots ever-y-thing Nexus, from the three magazine black and white issues up through whatever toward the end. Definitely loses some interest midway as Nexus becomes fat and lazy, but picks up again, and surges on. Judah's my favorite character throughout, though his dad, Dave, is a good solid mainstay, too. For me, it's one of the truly science-fiction comics, of ideas, values, and political pov, as well as the space travel ray gun stuff, with multiple, believable aliens and cultures, and a central character who grows and changes (not always for the better) throughout. 1301.26 comics posters 001.jpg

They're pretty independent. You'll have to order online from them as they aren't in Diamond. Just type advent comics into Google and you should find them. The series is 4 or 5 issues in. Nexus pops up in issue 4.

And hey, my character Bounty Hunter should be appearing eventually, so bonus. Lol
