Booster has had a lot of interpretations over the years. Aside from the powerset, it sometimes seems we're not even talking about the same character. Out of them all, which is your favorite?

Aside for maybe Batman, Power Girl and Wally West, if the character was in JLI then that's invariably their best version. That definitely applies to Booster.

Protector of the time line. Gives him a cool role in the DCU and allows him to keep the clown attitude to throw people off. Love it.
I voted for all three because they are all important parts of Booster's identity. He needs the arrogant start as a con-man then turned more hero-ish, he needs the JLI and Booster to bring him down to Earth even more. Then The Greatest Hero you never heard of is where he needs to be right now and I wish he was still doing it properly.

I've always preferred the original because he was just so different than the vast majority of superheroes that came before him. He was a money/fame junkie with amazing potential, who didn't want to be a bad fella, but couldn't help being mainly in it for himself. It just so happened that many of the things that mattered to him tended to aim him in the right direction. Usually.
