DC wants its fandom to expand yet don't seem to realize the SM and WW couple has attracted many diverse fans because they connect with them and what they stand for. Shame the current crop of writers running SM and WW seem to have their heads buried in the sand. The market for SMWW is still waiting to be capitalized upon. DC and WB refuse to properly present the power couple in a live, wide reaching platform. I hope one day someone with some acumen and a spine can do it right. The new 52 was a good start that they wasted.

Yeah. I am enjoying his SM so far ...he reminds me a bit of Morrison's...very confident and embracing his powers to help others...so I am keen to see how he does Diana. His DK3 Diana...if this is her...even his DK2 Diana...imo was a wise, candid , proud, strong, and confident Amazon, who amazingly is very tender when she has to be.

I don't hide from anyone my favorite versions of WW: Perez, Azzarello and Kingdom Come WW but I feel Miller's WW is an important and grandiose character despite not being a main character in his stories, I really want to have a Wonder Woman Year One written by Miller and maybe Azzarello again.

Never understood the end of Red Son and Why she started hating him after she broke the lasso. I also find it funny that they are releasing this movie NOW of all times given the political climate.

I think she realized he did not truly care for HER and used her for his political ends. She had put herself at great risk to save him and he did not even seem bothered what the lasso did to her, ...it had damaged her mentally and turned her hair white etc...I think showing a very side of him she could not support any more. Also when she was being nursed back to health there was a creepy scene with her at the mercy of one of the bad guys. Further evidence he did not care really what happened to her. In his narrative he sounds regretful but his actions at the time contradicted that.

ME TOO! That would be all kinds of awesome. I imagine Frank and Brian sitting and discussing the characters in this verse and I wish I was a fly on the wall when the conversation would be about SMWW . Frank has always been pro SMWW and it is curious Azz never even referenced him in his WW run but he did a great moment of them in DK3. Azz and Miller also pointed out WW importance to SM in this verse. Closest thing to a wife SM has and the mother of his children. It's nice to hear writers using WW with Superman give her her dues and show that she is important to him and he to her.

Exactly. A proper Superman imo has SM embrace BOTH sides of himself. He is not just a naive farmboy nor is Clark all he is. The guy has a rich heritage he should never forget and he would never just dump one aspect for another and his scope would not only be protecting one group of people and this means responsibility and yes, sacrifice. So if he is written right, Diana, as an Amazon and Princess and Hero herself has a perspective he needs only SHE can give. Diana is Clark's match mentally, physically, emotionally, philosophically etc and he has never met anyone like this.

You know some people go...oh people putting SM and WW together is just putting 2 costumes together...ER. NO it is not.

None of the cosplays and weddings and personal events using smww is just some random trend. They MEAN something to the people They represent something as a couple real couples connect to. THIS is so amazing so see the continuous wave of smww real life couples committing to each other.
