As has been stated in canon past, SMWW is inevitable. Rather than trying to fight or destroy it with contrived nonsensical narratives, capitalize on it. It is a gem bursting with so many possibilities.

There's an entire audience out there waiting. Many have been waiting for years while DC has been playing around throwing nuggets here and there, giving false hope then taking it back. SMWW deserves so much more than that.

How tragic is it that the DC Office continues to stubbornly ignore the concept or even try to actively destroy it at times?

Not sure how many times this has to be repeated but will continue to do so until it’s completely understood. It would be different if Superman and Wonder Woman’s dynamic hasn’t made the impact it has, hasn’t resonated, hasn’t become as popular as it has being such a standout.

DC needs this kind of representation, needs these kind of positive dynamics.

I think DC writers need to listen to these. I hope we get more talks. This definitely shows that some of DC's writers are stuck in the way they see the world ergo why Superman feels stagnated or outdated or out of touch. Notice I am not saying his ideals. Those will forever be eternal and inspiring. But the way they portray him at times and of course this filters down to how his ideals are shown. And we know in recent times optimistic, noble positive characters have been translated well on screen but they manage to do it in a way...any race or group or age can relate or embrace the ideals they portray. Not everyone has to be Batman.

Wonder Woman and Superman have so much layers to them and yet what canon shows seems so basic and restricted. The new 52 imo was a great attempt to reach out and update and DC back pedaled by going 30 years backwards.

More than 2 would be too much to handle. �� In the KC-verse, their 5 children were shown just for a few panels. In the DK-verse, more children would need to be fleshed out like Lara and soon Jonathan. ��

We need more writers and/or editors with clout pushing for acknowledging SM/WW. It seems that who has respect for the concept has to stay quiet or isn't working for DC now.

We need more writers and/or editors with clout pushing for acknowledging SM/WW. It seems that who has respect for the concept has to stay quiet or isn't working for DC now.

If those who have concrete ideas can help and bring in interest, why quiet them? It’s obviously doing more harm than good.

Shouldn’t be something trying to actively ignore/destroy just because it’s not traditional or steps ahead of other status quo’s/dynamics in the first place. It is what it. SMWW should be valued not diluted for unjustifiable bias reasons.

I don't really know what to expect either. Btw, DC seems a lot into pay tribute to these classic stories and the multiverse lately... Also, KC-Superman appeared in the latest issue of JL along with other characters from popular Elsewords. 🤔

SM/WW was on "hiatus" (to put it mildly) over the past few years. Hard to do or propose anything about the concept with that status.

But it was purposely put on “hiatus” (lol yeah sure...go with that) for unjustifiable reasons. That makes no sense and just an excuse to be uncreative and lazy. If people have ideas for the concept and know what to do with it, why quiet them? They don’t have much room to still trying to set limits again just for bias unjustifiable reasons that as I said is doing more harm than good.

The first pic is adorable with Lara!
It honestly makes me think of Clark and Diana in Project Ako. Would be cool to have another art of that. The red hair(Eiko) and blue hair (Lara) is a total coincidence to Superman red/blue right? 🤔🤣

Still want a DKIII statue! I’ll say Diana fighting the minotaur, this image and SMWW reunion kiss are top 3 choices
And seeing DKIII animated would be interesting too.

What was the name we agreed upon for their daughter in this thread? I forgot but this pic has inspired me and I may start writing a fanfic about the family soon. I believe the name started with "A"? It was something like Astrea, maybe? While I could go with "Lara" that just doesn't feel right. If anyone can help me out I'd be grateful.
