He actually got me nervous by even trying to do anything with Earth 22. I don't quite trust him due to his own actions/claims about a certain character so I really really hope he is mindful with whatever he tries to do and accomplish with KC earth because that is a beloved one and needs to be treated respectfully. I wonder if Bendis would actually acknowledge the significance and importance of Diana on Earth 22, and if we will actually see our own Jon Kent and possibly the rest of the SMWW children. I would love seeing the interactions of YJ with the SMWW brood and their reaction to that reality of SMWW 🙃 (since folks these days act like the 2 haven't had a significant history together 😏 ).

Nevertheless, it does feel as if we are finally getting something long deserved (possibly) with a visit to KC and the Golden Child (super stoked), as such I am cautiously optimistic.

There is nothing to change or try to force within the the narrative of KC It is what it already is. Respect that and it’s all good.

And SMWW continue to show why they are important. Why they matter.
Diversity should be leveraged not scorned. SMWWs differences is part of what makes them valuable. The experience and perspectives that SMWW bring to one another has been shown over and over again (except for detractors) to be a significant and important one. And one that should be encouraged and upheld. These real life people that gravitate to them do so because they recognize who SMWW are as individuals and as a pair. The qualities and attributes are to be admired and portrayed because it is positive and inspiring.
Values matter.

I love seeing these real life couples from all backgrounds who connect to SMWW and use them at significant moments of their life. This is what SMWW is about.
No contrived story telling or narrative can change that.
Thank you for sharing these special and beautiful moments.

Yes! Please!!! This is the purpose of their dynamic. This is what would resonate and speak to the audience they want (and need). To understand why and to make Superman and Wonder Woman relevant again. It poses as an intellectual and emotional challenge not just to Kal and Diana but to the readers as well. Gives a broader perspective of different cultural upbringing and belief yet still lead to the same goal. There is more and more interest in this concept. It needs to be a solely focused mini/maxi series ASAP!

And I hope with everything in me that it is worth every frustration, anger, disappointment [add several other nouns] of what has been experienced by SMWW fans due to DCs actions. I'm choosing to be optimistic but I will not deny that I am not without caution.
I hope to have all my expectations surpassed. 🤞🏾

Well, the wait and see approach is always the better one if you don't want to end up disappointed. But the Golden Child project is already in the works, what could go wrong?

Exactly. We talk about it all the time and yeah it is brought up on twitter a lot, let’s not forget the MOSWOW exhibit that brings up these ideas too. Superman and Wonder Woman need to be truly challenged by each other because they can not only sympathize but empathize with those deep situations/revelation of their characters. At this point, the basic outlook, glorified superficial stuff isn’t what holds interest nor helping these characters. Keeping them in a safe stagnant place isn’t helping either. I really hope someone takes the initiative.

His death doesn’t make him an inspiration, relevant or making the audience care for him as a character, it’s the positive, motivational messages, fight for right and to lead forward that makes him the inspirational character. As well as Wonder Woman being the “Mother” and most important/number one female hero of all time.

Yeah, there should be more critical thinking about these characters from the authors. But mainly lack the interest to work with these properties and do more with them. Sadly.
