When I read this, the first thing that comes to mind is that he's not referring to her looks at all. Superman has been around beautiful women but there's something more with Lois that makes her to stand out that binds Superman to her almost instantly. Did you even read the tweet? He's finished the first draft of the story, why would he waste precious hours of outlining his run on the book to write a draft of something he wasn't going to follow through with?
