No, he said the second time when The Flash uses time travel (they had only two windows to use and first one used in BvS didn't work), he goes back right before Darkseid killing Lois happens to prevent it. There was only an implication of that even occurring before in original Knightmare timeline which led to the sequence in BvS. Darkseid killed Lois to make Superman vulnerable to Anti-Life Equation and sets up Batman as the guilty one, which is why he blames him there.

This brief paretheses about a possibile "slashy" subtext in BvS makes me think that we need asap new rumors/news about the future of Superman in the DCEU. 😅
