I saw a preview of a Walmart Flash story where Iris was portrayed as a black woman like on The Flash TV show when that isn't the case in the main comic continuity.
Hmmm. How about the rest of the walmart books? Do they share the same continuity?

I think they just use some aspects of the characters that are currently relevant in the main universe without actually taking place in the same continuity.

The story sounds like Morrison style. Definitely pulling from the silver age with the word inside the ring bit.

Yeah, it's unreal. This book would've still been worth the wait just for the art.

Although the premise reminds me of that "Emerald Space" story Venditti did during Rebirth, just trippier.

That solicit is amazing! Love the cover. The premise makes me think a bit of Willworld.

With Morrison's focus on more silver age stories, I wonder if he'll acknowledge that Hal created his ring from himself. Would that make him god to anyone living inside it?

The art on Willworld was amazing, but I could never quite click with DeMatties Hal. Same deal with The Spectre Hal he wrote.
