The salty YT comments are even funnier. To be fair I was kind of surprised that Hal won, too.

I like Ben 10 but there is no way he could beat a GL, it's kinda an uneven 1v1 fight.

I would've gone with Captain Marvel, they have way more in common than Ben 10 especially considering her newfound public image. I get the idea they were going for person finds Alien object that allows them to shape change/create thing and become a superhero but it feels off.

Quasar. Everything from space setting and Protector of the universe to the hard light constructs always made me consider him 'the marvel GL'







As for Ben 10, I don't know much about him... but Hal is SUPREMELY powerful and Versatile... and facing off against a super powerful alien is like any other Tuesday for him. Regardless of whatever other powers he's got, Ben 10 probably hasn't faced anything like GL ring and Hal does this on a regular basis...

Back in the day I might have said Quasar, but now I'd say Captain Marvel - especially since Hal and Carol are pilots. They could even have a "Martha" moment with that Carol/Carol thing...

I really hope that every comic book movie going forward that has anything remotely close to a Martha situation, they just go for it. No matter how stupid or out of place.
