He and Didio don’t get along so I doubt Waid is ever coming back.

Yeah, that would be the understatement of the decade

Hal will be in the Superman: Red Sun animated movie, voiced by Sasha Roiz.

Interesting choice. Wonder if him being of Jewish descent played any part in the casting.

Wow... So is there some twist to that story or something... because that's the worst writing I've seen in a long time! Losing your powers means 'Medical leave' or 'temporary leave of absence'. Not 'Banished from the League FOREVER!!!!" Meanwhile Batman's standing there with no powers at all either... pretending that his '10-20 years' of training is better than however long this continuity is saying WW was training for... Just... Ughhh…

    Did not know that.

It's written by Tim Seeley, I think? So I wonder if there is a twist for the League acting so stereotypical like it's the Silver Age.

No this one is written by Amanda Connor and Jimmy Palmiotti.

I hope there is a twist, because that looks BAD. Also convenient that Dinah, Shayera, Jessica, Zatanna an/or Mera aren't around in this scene...

I mean... it reads like the end will show it being a dream or hallucination. The kind of things Batman sees when hit with Fear gas or hypnosis or something. Nothing about that conversation feels 'real'. It feels like she'll wake up at the end of the story.

A shame. Waid writes a great Hal.

Yes. The dialogue is just SO condescending and unrealistic. In what world would they treat her like this? If it turns out the writers are playing this straight, I ... well, I have no recourse regarding this, but it would just be horrible writing.
