My guess is that's Donna with Kyle, although not sure why she's not in costume. Wasn't Carol sporting the short 90s hair during this era?
Man, this is like a time capsule of those crazy 90s stories. Super-mullet. Hook hand Aquaman. Batman is... well... he's pretty much the same. But those other things are crazy, huh?
Save Ferris...
It's almost surreal. And J'onn shouldn't have been all the way in the background where you can barely even recognize him, he's a fellow founding JL member. I like how in Rebirth he immediately dismissed the idea that Hal was back for more power. I'm not sure if Hal and MM's relationship has been explored much, would be quite interesting to see.
Yeah, it was rather odd that Boodikka was in a more prominent place at the service than J'onn, a founding member of the League. Meanwhile, other than his longtime friendships with Oliver and Barry along with the retconned (in my opinion) hissy fit Bruce has with him (but then, that paranoid bastard has hissy fits with everyone), I'm not entirely sure what sort of relationships Hal has with Clark, Diana or Arthur.
Avatar: Here's to the late, great Steve Dillon. Best. Punisher. Artist. EVER!
Yes that is Donna
With the exception of Wally as the Flash, I have mostly been a Pre-Crisis fan. While I did not like many of the changes DC made back in the day, I did appreciate that anything could happen in the Post-Crisis era during the 80s & 90s. The visual cues you mentioned are direct reflections of that.
I forgot about Carol being a short-haired Demi Moore at the time.
Thanks for the clarification, team.
Now, I got images of Patrick Swayze as Hal .
DC can totally do a secret origins/Elseworlds one-shot love story inspired by the film "Ghost" when Hal was the Spectre.
