It's still the New 52 Rest, just a different name with a few shades of paint.

Its really not, not anymore. That's how it was described at the beginning of Rebirth, but that's changed, from Superman Reborn, to Tim getting his original origin back, etc etc. Its all been thoroughly documented in a dedicated thread here. Enough has come back and retaken precedence that the foundation is clearly pre-FP once again. The "shades of paint" are now some small remnants of New 52, and a couple brand new things. Its been a gradual shift, but its a shift near completion.

So Ralph and Sue's current status is still very much up in the air.

A Red Robin mini filling the gap from him leaving in Detective to Young Justice #1 and how he became Robin again.

The multiverse to collapse and have one single cohesive universe (ok it's not going to happen, but a guy can wish).

Tom King to quicken the pace of his Batman story.

Wally West to become THE Flash again.

A continuation of Batman and The Signal mini, either a maxi series or an ongoing.

DC supporting The Silencer and The Terrifics so those two aren't cancelled.

The other solo New Age of Heroes characters finding a home (Brimstone with JLD, Damage with the Outsiders perhaps, Sideways with Teen Titans or Young Justice) and a relaunch of The Immortal Men and The Unexpected, now that the teams have foundations.

Teen Titan's current team being pushed by DC, so we can have two very different takes at what being a teenager super-heroes looking at the adult hero can be.

Electric Warriors giving way to a maxi-series or an ongoing during the Cosmic Dark Age.

JLO getting more consistent artists, so it can keep giving us awesome Cyborg, Starfire, Jessica Cruz and Azrael stories.

A return of Artemis and Bizarro to Jason in Red Hood and the Outlaws.

Perpetua and other Cosmic Gods finally becoming something Worth their salt at DC.

Doomsday Clock to end, if possible without upending everything.

9. Morrison's Batman run gets announced as an animated DC Universe series/maxiseries.
10. A massive superhero espionage comics crossover written by Simone that features an adventure and altercations between the Birds of Prey, Secret Six, and Suicide Squad.

4. Reprint William Messner-Loebs Wonder Woman run, and anything else he did. Poor guy needs all the help royalties might provide (and that WW by Deodato book from a couple yrs ago doesn't count).

9. Raised profiles and more love for lots of characters, like Nightshade, Tsunami, Blue Devil, Peacemaker, the Shade, and Doctor Occult.
10. An ongoing featuring an international team of heroes in various non-US locations.
