Nice thread. Black Adam has been a favorite of mine for some time and I hope we can see more from him soon.
We are the Dora Milaje. We are the daughters of the 18 tribes of Wakanda. We are the teeth of the Panther God. Out of 10,000 years of sweat and bloodshed and battle are we born. We are the women of this ancient land. Deadliest of the species. And our time has come!
I love the idea that Black Adam views the world and the concept of justice the way a person would who was from ancient Egypt (5000 years ago). His way of righting wrongs would occasionally make him seem villainous, which brings him into conflict with modern day heroes. Johns did a great job of establishing this in JSA: Black Reign.
My first encounter to the Black Adam is 52 weeks comics, and i loved the character so much, i immidiatly fell in love with the black marvel family actually. It was amazing until their tragic fall... I liked how the family Black Adam built around himself brought the goodness in him out, especially the love interest. It was some amazing writting.
Love Black Adam. I'd love to see him utilized more in keeping with the anti hero vibe.
The first time I saw Black Adam was during Infinite Crisis with the ambush squad that killed Uncle Sam

Oh hey, that's Dr. Polaris. Him, Zoom and Psycho Pirate were the ones I didn't recognize at the time.
I can't remember Infinite Crisis properly after all these years but the moment Black Adam crushed Pycho Pirate's face was so brutal... We definetly need a R Rated Black Adam film.
Black Adam is powerful, we need to see more of him I. 2019!
I assume he'll be the post-credit revel in the upcoming SHAZAM! movie.
Likely whatever Sivana was doing to access the magic, inadvertently awakens the dormant Adam. ...
Who is then revealed in the end credit
Setting up for 2nd film in the series, focusing on Teth Adam's back story, and rise to power.
