Annually, I recreate the cover of Iron Man #128. Due to the popularity of the "Demon in a Bottle" story, I limit it to one in order to save myself from becoming a human xerox machine. Unfortunately, the guy who ordered it cancelled due to financial difficulties.

'Avengers: Endgame' Lego Leak Reveals Three Different Iron Man Suits

I'm taking that leak with a grain of salt.
Lego leaks do indeed happen, but they are made to be build-able play-sets first and foremost.

We also know about three suits already or at the very least two;
We know Tony will have a suit with a color scheme reflecting the classic armor, and the Avengers suit from the promotional art. The only one I'm hesitant on is the metallic suit which could be the "undersuit" to the rest of the armor. It would make sense that's the case, they did the same thing with Iron man 3. But for now we just don't know.

It's entirely possible to me that the leaker could be lying or they just mistook the minifigures for other suits. Two of those minifigures could potentially be mistaken for the others since they print onto the figures and not sculpt them usually so I'd expect that as well.
