I'm wondering if Rogue picked up something when she absorbed Carol in KT's first Captain Marvel arc. Carol has been progressively getting weaker from something that is effecting her powers.

It does seem a little hinty for preggo (aka "condition") so that's probably too on the nose to be for real. Though I wouldn't be mad at it either!

I do hope it's not another powers issue ... unless maybe they want to tamp down on her absorption range? I would be ok with that to make her a little less all powerful.

But my real guess is it has to do with this new mutant magic business.
