Only the detach powers make it relatively powerful.

I like this, Kelly knows that Gambit needs something more power, right now in the last two decades, his power is quite pathetic and low, compared to how he was portrayed at first by Claremont, only Claremont and Fabian made someone to have in account in power.

Of the rest Remy did not pass of street level, unless he used his deatrh powers.

If this is the case and Gambit is killing an improvement for Kelly, he is grateful, Remy is very bad, Remy has not defeated anyone powerful since the days of Calremont probably.

I have always LOVED that she is low key totally flipping him off in this panel and that it got by the sensors of that time. And the fact Gambit can take a punch right to the face and still be totally into it!

Did anyone read age of x-man alpha? Someone said there was a panel “from the past” that showed gambit and bishop in a nod to x-men 8? Was rogue there too? I would love to see the panel....but don’t want to buy an entire book to do so.

No, Rogue’s not in it. It’s a rework of the panel when Gambit & Bishop are squaring off after Bishop is all “Gambit’s a traitor, he will kill you all!” with Cyke in the middle trying to play peace keeper. It’s from an issue near and dear to all of our hearts, X-Men #8 when Rogue ends up with a face full of pie.

It hasn’t been posted to this thread but I saw it in both the Gambit solo thread and the issue review thread here.
