I think that's true for a lot of people, even long after their relationships are over. I don't think you stop caring about the person, you just can't live with them. And she was with him for 14 years (real life time anyway). That's a huge chunk of her life.

I mean it could be, but then you could also be setting yourself up if it doesn't happen. My interpretation is that it's sticking with Wanda's personality. She will always love Vision. She did when they were going through the worst of times. He's still the father of her kids. The person she chose to marry. I don't think she ever takes love lightly.
