Ultimate Doom had a dust up with Miles Morales IIRC just before the final incursion. I guess he's still around but Victor Van Damme hasn't been seen since. You''re right that Victor van Damme's death in Ultimatum was retconned. Turned out that Ben killed Reed's Mom, Mary Storm instead. For reasons neven made clear, she was taking Ultimate Doom's place. He was still in the Zombieverse and we saw his return to Earth Prime in Ultimate Fantastic Four. They couldn't devour him in the Zombieverse since his skin had turned to metal. I think there was very little organic material left when his original transformation from the transporter accident was complete.

Ultimate Doom appeared in Ultimate FF -- the short-lived revival series with Sue in charge. That was pretty off the wall storyline that occurred just before Secret Wars.

You're right. I don't know why I threw Reed's name in there. Thanks for the correction. And you're right, the last volume of Ultimate FF (and that was "FF" and not Fantastic Four) was pretty strange, esp the relationship between Reed and Sue. IIRC Sue did something to Reed that was kind of... unwholesome. Well, at least we got to see how Ultimate Doom escaped from the Zombiverse

John = Almost 30 (A few years spent in the Negative Zone)
Sue and Reed = Same age, met in college, I'd say late 30's (Extra years spent exploring the multiverse)
Ben = I'd say mid-30's
